Once pre-certifications is completed, the customer can either do a self-install, or we can arrange a certified computer
technician to do the install. The install consists of hooking up 1 cable-modem to 1 computer, and includes an ethernet
adapter if required. All networking of computers is strictly the customers responsibility.
Sweetwater Cable TV reserves the right to charge for on-site visits for non-cable related issues.
