The Digital Transition
The FCC has mandated that by Feb 17th, 2009, all Network Broadcasters must
cease the broadcasting of Analog signals, and go to a strictly Digital

For Sweetwater Cable / Green River Cable TV Customers, you don’t have to
do a thing. We have converted our equipment to accept the Broadcast Networks
Digital Service, and put both the new Digital signals and “downconverted”
signals so that older TV sets will work as before, and those with new TV’s
you can take advantage of the High Definition version of these channels.
In addition, we have begun adding the HD version of favorite programming
such as A&E, History, HGTV and Food Network. These will be added to
as channels get upgraded, and as capacity allows.
